A team event where athletes compete as individuals to gain points for the team. The club pays for entry. It is expected that all in the team will be willing to try any discipline on the track and field to gather points

Power of 10
The Power of 10 National database is in place to motivate competitors, coaches and clubs. Once a registered Athlete competes in a recognised event their result will be added to the Pof10 database. Here they can see their ranking, their Personal Bests (PBs) and results over the years
British milers club
The BMC is the premier middle distance athletics club in the country. Through its racing program, training courses and coaching articles its aim is to improve the world standing of UK Middle Distance running. The club works in close partnership with UK Athletics in the organisation of its fixtures and courses
